We are looking for a Fuel Manager (Waste and Recovered Fuels) to optimize fuel utilization across Adven

As a Fuel Manager (Waste and Recovered Fuels) you will be in a key role within the Operations department in Sweden and Finland, falling under the Fuel division. You will be collaborating with customers from diverse markets and industries to manage their waste/residues. The waste is utilized as fuel in production sites for generating heat or disposed of responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a customer account manager, overseeing planning, delivery, agreements, and contracts.
Take charge of the supply responsibility for designated Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants, involving detailed planning and target setting.
Internally manage specified assortments of waste fuel, incorporating market outlook.
Initiate fuel-related improvements at designated WTE plants.
Systemize available market materials and their properties.
Evaluate and systemize materials suitable for use at specific plants.
Develop logistic solutions.
Possess basic knowledge of permission requirements and processes.
Provide internal information and support, collaborating with other units regarding the waste fuel market.

What We Are Expecting From You:

Solid experience in procurement/sales of fuels, including B2B sales/marketing
Knowledge of the Swedish fuel market and/or waste market regulations
Understanding of plant functions and combustion processes
Experience in business operations across various markets
Thrive in an organization with an entrepreneurial spirit
Driven, goal-focused and structured persona
Strength at building good relationships externally with customers and suppliers as well as internally within the organization
Relevant educational background

Occasional traveling is required for customer meetings and relationship building.
This is a hybrid role in Sweden (Stockholm, Örebro, Malmö, Norrköping, Sundsvall).
