The company operates over 350 energy sites providing heating and cooling for municipalities, households, businesses, and complex energy solutions and services for industries and real estates in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

We are looking for a Head of Data & Price to lead our energy data management and pricing strategies

Adven is seeking a Head of Data & Price to lead our energy data management and pricing strategies and inspire a team to fulfill our business full potential and keep what we promise. In the center of this work is our meter value collecting- and invoicing systems, making meter values billable and the systems and processes connected to it. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities to guide our pricing initiatives, ensure the accuracy of customer revenue while harnessing, utilizing and developing energy-related data.

We work in a hybrid model and the location of the role is either Stockholm or Örebro.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership in developing and executing pricing strategies, ensuring quality, delivering, and using insights from energy data and metering systems.
Oversee the implementation and management of metering systems, IoT-meters and tools to collect and analyze fuel & energy data effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing strategies with energy-related insights and market demands.
Establish and refine pricing models based on energy consumption analysis and market dynamics.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry advancements in energy data management and pricing.
Ensure the develop of tools, processes, and your team members.

What we are expecting from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Data Analytics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively lead and inspire teams.
Proven track record of successful project management and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
Strong analytical mindset
Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English language skills for effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
