The company operates over 350 energy sites providing heating and cooling for municipalities, households, businesses, and complex energy solutions and services for industries and real estates in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team

Adven’s real estate energy department supplies Nordic real estate customers with advanced carbon-neutral energy solutions. Energy production is based on distributed energy solutions such as heat pump technology and the utilization of geoenergy.

Together with our customers, we want to be actively involved in combating climate change. We are now looking for a project manager for our team at our office in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the real estate department’s projects. You participate in preliminary studies of projects and make profitability calculations. During the implementation phase of the projects, you are responsible for the project’s acquisitions, contracting agreements and the result-responsible implementation of the entire investment project. Testing and commissioning of new plants is also your responsibility together with our operational manager. You will participate in customer meetings and negotiations as sales support.

We hope from you

– work experience in investment projects in the energy sector. You have a good knowledge of geothermal energy, heat pump and refrigeration technology. In addition, you have basic knowledge and skills in electrical and information technology

– engineering or master’s degree in engineering suitable for the position • self-initiated, open-minded and innovative attitude

– ability to get along with different people, you like teamwork
