We are looking for a AI Researcher Trainee to join our team

Who we are looking for

- Current university student looking for education related internships (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
- Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
- Interest in AI, prompting or UX testing
- Basic Python is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

What you will do

Designing and running AI Evals to test our voice-based interview agents
Improving prompts and testing models like ChatGPT-5 and Gemini Pro
Supporting our job seeker and hiring manager workflows through real user experiments
Helping with go-to-market activities (TikTok, Instagram, Duunitori, landing pages)
Analyzing user journeys and identifying improvements
Working closely with developers, product designers, and founders

You’ll follow a clear learning framework and receive guidance throughout the program.

Prompt engineering and rapid iteration
Running user tests and interpreting real data
Startup-style product and growth experimentation
Understanding how hiring workflows are automated with AI
