We are looking for a Process Implementation Lead to join our team

We are now looking for a Process Implementation Lead who will work with the development of Konecranes’ global finance or controlling processes. In this versatile role, you have the great opportunity to level up your project management skills. You’ll have a key role in acting as a connecting link between business end-users, global process owners and IT.

You will work as a part of a project team in the finance/controlling area in global SAP implementation projects and ensure smooth process updates and changes. Your responsibilities include gathering and clarifying requirements from business to IT, documentation and training. You will also support the end-users and drive other finance development projects specified by global process owners.

In addition, you will:

  • Communicate with business and IT
  • Collect and document requirements based on the needs of stakeholders
  • Find, test, and document solutions as required and perform knowledge transfers to stakeholders
  • Provide training and create end-user instructions
  • Participate in other finance and control development projects
  • Support FI Specialists in implementation matters and act as mentor in case of questions related to own area

Occasional travelling may be required especially at the beginning of new projects or during their test phase.

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s level academic degree in economics (accounting)
  • Strong knowledge and experience minimum 8-10 years of working with SAP or Finance/Controlling related tasks
  • Experience and knowledge of Konecranes business and processes or extensive knowledge of SAP FiCo modules
  • Work experience in a project environment is seen as a clear advantage
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, other languages are seen as an advantage
  • Skills in Qlikview, PowerBI and Jira are seen as an advantage
  • The ability to go above and beyond to find solutions for questions or developments
  • The ability to act independently and take ownership
