We are looking for a Process Implementation Specialist, Finance to join our team

We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to fill the role of Process Implementation Specialist, Finance at Konecranes. If you are an ambitious problem-solver and a true people-person, with experience in accounting and finance process development, this position could be a perfect fit for you!

You’ll play a pivotal part in the evolution of our global finance processes, enhancing your project management skills as you serve as the crucial link between our business end-users, global process owners, and IT team.The Process Implementation Specialist will join a project team within our Finance Transformation organization, taking on responsibilities in global SAP implementation projects, ensuring smooth process updates and changes.

The position is hybrid remote and based in Hyvinkää, Finland. Get ready for occasional travel, especially during the start or testing phase of new projects.

Key responsibilities

Refining requirements from the business end to align with IT, building and maintaining communication between stakeholders.

Finding, testing, and documenting solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.

Devising training programs and producing end-user guidelines.

Engaging in varied finance development projects.

We expect you to have:

A degree in accounting or a related field such as economics or business administration.

Previous work experience in accounting and/or finance process development – especially great if this is from a project environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, skills in other languages will be considered an asset.

In-depth understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).

Familiarity with Qlikview, Power BI, and Jira are advantageous.
