We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Team in Finland

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving business growth and leading high-performing teams? Nevel Oy is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join us as the Head of Sales in Finland. The position is based in Helsinki.

About the Role: As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales according to our business plan, supporting and educating team members, and managing sales results in Finland. You will report to the Commercial Director – Industry and have line manager responsibilities for sales managers in Finland.

What’s the best part about working for Nevel?

I work with a small team of sales managers and concept managers focused on industrial customers and I really appreciate the fact that no two days are alike. I really enjoy trying to find solutions to complex energy-related problems together with colleagues and customers – together we have the opportunity to make a big impact on the world. What’s the best part about working for Nevel?

I like that I have the opportunity to take part in developing the plants I am responsible for. For example, the Lieksa process has changed in the last year and that change is ongoing. The saw mill in Lieksa now needs more power for their kilns, so we are changing things to be able to get this to them, while investing in a fluegas condenser and heat pumps and making some process changes. I really enjoy the varied work.
