We are looking for a Sales Manager to ensure good quality of our sales processes

VEO is growing with the market and we already have a large project volume for 2023, in line with this we are expanding our team in Norway and are now looking for a Sales Manager. Do you want to work with ensuring good quality of our sales processes towards our customers in Norway and at the same time play a crucial role in our continued development as a group? Then we would love to get to know you better!

As a Sales Manager for us, you work in close cooperation with the sales team at group level. Some of the key goals of this role are to sell through qualified quotation work as well as to lead, coordinate and control the bidding process from sales to handover and start-up of projects. Our way of working is characterized by community, flexibility, trust, and quality.

In the role, it also means being active and visiting our customers to maintain good customer contact and develop our customer relationships.

This is a role for you who have a great interest in the electric power industry where you can and want to do the development together with the team and at the same time have fun at work. We believe that you have relevant education, or have equivalent practical experience in electrification and automation projects as well as good experience in sales.

You have good knowledge of EPC projects in the energy industry, preferably within distribution/ transformer stations or hydropower.

To thrive in this role with us, you have in-depth knowledge of the entire sales process and its constituent parts. As a person, you are solution-oriented, have a good communicative ability, good collaborative skills and you are motivated by working result-oriented with the customer in the highest focus.

Furthermore, you thrive in a social work climate where we respect each other, have low thresholds and where we support each other when and where needed. You are flexible in your way of working and advantageously have an interest in working with sales between national borders within the group, with the starting point and greatest focus on sales in Norway. Finally, you have a driving license, the willingness and ability to travel, and finally you master Norwegian and English in speech and writing.
