During my career in recruitment I have trained tens of recruitment trainees to become professionals. I am now on a new journey training AI with similar tasks.

Taking my years of experience in the recruitment field, I’ve embarked on a new journey – training an AI Recruitment Assistant. Unlike human professionals, training an AI takes a different approach:

• You train it: Just like a new recruit, you start by teaching it the basics – job descriptions, candidate profiles, unbiased search approach, interview techniques and what makes a good talent match.

• You supervise it: Monitor and guide the AI as it learns and grows, providing feedback and corrections where necessary.

• When it is ready you slowly let it take unsupervised and autonomous first steps: As the AI gains accuracy and confidence, you gradually let it handle tasks more independently.
